This chocolate chip cookies came with a very well known story and taste behind it.
Ya...It's $250 chocolate chip cookies..(yes dear, you can always use your search engine for further info..)
I've just made it last weekend when I was at home (my parent's home)..
Coz there is the place where I can stretch all my leg & hand ...(FREELY BAKE)
Free to use all the utensils, bakery equipments & a spacious kitchen. (@_@)
Here is the recipe, in case somebody wanted to try it (and again, you can use your search engine for more details) :
Ingredients:
Ingredient A
2 cups of butter
2 cups of granulated sugar
2 cups of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of salt
4 large size of eggs
Ingredient B
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons soda bicarbonate
5 cups of oatmeal (finely blend into powder)
3 cups of chopped mix nuts (I use hazelnut+cashew nut+almond)
Ingredient C
680 gram chocolate chips
510 gram grated (shredded) cooking chocolate bar
I think Hershey's is the best choice of chocolate for this recipe.
Preparation:
Mix butter and sugar all together in the mixer until it become reasonably creamy , slowly put in one egg at the time and keep on mix it until all the mixture are blend. Add vanilla essence & salt and continue to mix it.Make sure the salt and vanilla essence are finely blend with the butter and sugar.
Next, add in all ingredient C , and spin the mixer until the dough is finely blend, continue by adding ingredient B, slowly (1 scoop full at the time) and mix it using spatula & your beautiful hand until the dough is perfectly well blended.
Shape it, like a ball shape of 2 inches, and put it on the tray.
Bake with a 180 degree heat in 10 minutes time.
Notes: The oven heat is adjustable with the size of the dough and type of oven we are using. (Please do try and error with your own oven).
Using a high quality butter & both chocolate (bar & chips) are very important for best result.
